We use submitted information to deliver the resource you request, respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether a qualifying maintenance site assessment may be appropriate, and maintain an accurate business record of the conversation.

Marketing choice

We send ongoing reliability resources only when you explicitly opt in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact david.kintner@gtekreliability.com to request removal or ask a question about your information.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell contact information. Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the website, database, and email delivery. We retain business records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal and operational requirements.
